Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Chester County, Pennsylvania, except that if you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in your local courts.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy below are the entire agreement between you and me regarding your use of the Site.
